The ExtremeBeam Limited Lifetime Warranty
ExtremeBeam warrants its lights to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
ExtremeBeam will replace or repair, at its option, and without expense to its customer, any defective part or product which is found to be defective under the warranty period.
Customer’s lights requiring replacement or repair must be shipped to an authorized ExtremeBeam warranty repair facility with proof of purchase and a copy of the original receipt, except when requirement is waived by ExtremeBeam. 
 
Warranty Requirements
1. Customer must show proof of purchase when sending the light.
2. Customer that has no proof of purchase must pay the necessary repair cost of the unit.
 
Warranty Limitation
Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the body of the light against damage and destruction for life.
Warranty for wear items such as bulbs, lenses and Reflectors and switches are covered for a period of 1 Year from the original purchase date.
There is no other express warranty. ExtremeBeam hereby disclaims any and all implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. ExtremeBeam shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of, or in connection with, any of its product use or performance.
 
Accessory Items
ExtremeBeam warrants its accessory items to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will replace or repair, at its option, and without expense to its customer, any defective part or product which is found to be defective under the warranty period of 60 days for remote switches and lenses and  1 year for electrical devices.
Customer’s items requiring replacement or repair must be shipped to an authorized ExtremeBeam warranty repair facility with proof of purchase and a copy of the original receipt, except when requirement is waived by ExtremeBeam.
